Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Information
We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, during peak times or unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, delays may occasionally occur.

We want you to feel completely confident with your purchase from us. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

We understand that you may need to test your fragrance, so a small number of sprays is acceptable. However, items that have been used beyond this, or returned outside of the 30-day window, will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to you.

For bundle purchases, all items included in the set must be returned together in order to be eligible for a full refund.

If you wish to return only selected items from a bundle, we are happy to offer an exchange instead.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on 5ml bottles, Gift Sets, or Advent products.
