Returns Exchange

We want you to feel completely confident with your purchase from us. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

We understand that you may need to test your fragrance, so a small number of sprays is acceptable. However, items that have been used beyond this, or returned outside of the 30-day window, will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to you.

For bundle purchases, all items included in the set must be returned together in order to be eligible for a full refund.

If you wish to return only selected items from a bundle, we are happy to offer an exchange instead.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on 5ml bottles, Gift Sets, or Advent products.
