Refund policy
We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of purchase.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items should be in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.We understand that you may wish to try your fragrance. Light usage is acceptable; however, excessive use may result in your return being declined.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’re happy to provide a replacement. Please note that clear photographic evidence of the issue must be provided. Without this, we may be unable to process your claim.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Please note, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on 5ml bottles, Gift Sets, or Advent products.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items returned in a condition different from how they were received
- Products that are damaged or incomplete (not due to our error)
- Returns requested outside of the 30-day window
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few working days.

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping fees may be deducted from the total.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over £40, we recommend using a tracked delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
